script to stop attacking creeps that are attacking someone else?

Does a script like this exist? where it will ignore creeps that arnt attacking me ?

Right-click in the targeting list (when Targeting is disabled) and set Anti KS to On (it is off by default). This should work for melee monsters fighting melee players, but might not work so well when players are kiting monsters.
