Died due to LAG/kick no penalty?

Hi all!

Back at tibia after being retired/no play for a few years. Something strange happened i died when i lagged/kicked from server earlier. But upon re-logging in back at temple, i did not lose blessings nor EXP/skill..... wth? It shows my death on the tibia.com page so i have no idea what happened.

Any explanation?

automatic compensation for lag death, works sometimes, not all the time, unfortunately.
