How to TURN OFF pvp safe in targeting

Sorry if this is already posted. I play on Dolera and there is NO need for this function. Is there anyway i can turn this off so it will still shoot shit when people are on my screen TYI!!! <3 you all!!

It's in the targeting magic shooter on the top left "Pvp Safe Enabled" i cannot find anywhere to turn this off... Is it possible?

It can't be turned off on hardcore and retro pvp. On normal pvp it automatically disables if your pvp settings are such that you cannot hurt other people.
