Inability to attach to client

Indepth Description:
The client wont Automatically update.. Ive uninstalled everything including tibia multiple times and still nothing works. I try to inject but theres nothing that shows up to inject to. In my login screen its saying xebobot is offline and all logins are being automatically validated .. What is going on??? I just paid again for this service and I get the night off work to play and nothing but issues.. Please anyone help me if you have advice.. Thanks!

C:/Windows/System32/Drivers/etc/hosts

And delete it. Then restart your computer. If it's still not working try with the firewall or so.
