If player on screen stop aoe and use single target rune?

Is it possible to stop using aoe spells and start shooting single target spells / runes if a player is in your screen? thanks

XenoBot will automatically do this. Just add both runes to the shooter with the area rune above the targeted rune in the list. It will prioritize use of the area rune, but, if it fails to use the area rune (due to pvp safe), it will fall back to the safe targeted rune.
