What's the story? How come this is a "trend" thingie?

How did this all start?

What criteria do you adhere to when chosing an appropriate avatar?

I mean fair enough if you have some celebrity whatever, but many avatars I see seem to be random/ordinary IG pictures from average girls (I mean no disrespect, I think all humans are beautiful and I have no qualms what so ever with your choice of avatars)

I am simply very curious about this and I would love it if some girl avatar rockers would reply to this thread.


Once again, no disrespect, honestly I prefer seeing beautiful girls to maybe some twisted super trippy broken gif skull thats deforming and giving me the heebiejeebies when I scroll THE (one and only) XB forums, it's not a problem at all. I am just curious =)
