Adding more checks

I have a script that has a long run before checks, it's caused my bot to go from 200 manas to 30 before it checks, sometimes it'll even die as it hasn't checked since the runs a bit of a waste.

Is there a way I can add more checks in to ensure that it always goes back when it hits 70 manas?

Open the .xbst with notepad or some program to edit and copy/paste the label that makes the bot check.
Also don't forget to paste the label when your leave waypoints are reachable.
