Trap them, it was a lot easier to trap back in the day with no swap out and more closed areas, not to mention dieing at 200 back then was equivalent to Mauroklt dieing at level 600, due to small spawns and manafluids giving 40-80 mana and being 100gp each.

But yeah, Cipsoft should've done something to stop people becoming such high levels.
