Beginner Scriptor

Hi I am a beginner, I am looking to learn to make a few of my own scripts with full refill/deposit. I was wondering if there is a template or something to follow when writing the lua part of the scripts in notepad++. Also is there a place to view all the proper syntax used as well as the descriptions of what it does? Thanks!
