How to Make a .Lua

How do I make one of these. Ive looked around on fourms and havent found out how to make one. All I do is make notepad ones but they never work. If somoene could tell me how to make one that would be great. That way I can copy and paste others. Thanks

You have to save the file with (.lua). I think.
