So I was gonna buy a express transfer on a char I just bought, but I bought a normal one. So now I have a 750coins transfer on my acc.

Is it possible to get a refund or something? Or should I maybe just wait 1 month (1month cd on the normal transfer) and not risk that CIP might see that I bought the acc etc?

No chance, don`t even bother to email CIP because people working there have IQ lower than average. I guess you just have to wait

Yes it is possible.

They will not refund you the money, but you can explain them the situation and what they will do is convert the transfer (if you already paid it) into 750 coins you can use on premmium or whatever.

I really don`t think so, I had similar situation when I wanted to change name of my character but changed sex. They said, they didn`t even answer my email :) it`s worth to try but I doubt it

I sent a mail from a random mail, not even the mail from the account. Sent it at 04.00 and at 08.30 it was fixed. Coins back on my account :) No problems at all.
