Help making tibia use less CPU

Hello.

I have a semi bad computer and when I have 7 clients running my CPU spikes to 100% usage.

Is there any way to set the clients so use less CPU power?

I can still use the computer pretty good while at 100% cpu but when I want to play manually on the same computer while botting 7 clients its pretty laggy.

I often have a twitch stream running in the background while at computer.

either use OX Tools as krille suggested, either set ingame fps limit to 10 fps, graphics to dx5 and tick off Antialiasing.
