exori san and con simply script

Can someone write for me script that will shoot monster (count)(medusa and serpent spawn) with exori san (100-20 %hp) and exori con (0-19 % hp). Even if someone is next to my paly? Because in targeting option this character stops beating of spells, when some other player is standing next to me.
