battle ping question

hey guys i have a quick question, not sure if its the right place to post but. im FROM australia and i play on kronera and i just purchased battle ping. which server would i use for the best and less ping? its currently got me confused etc is says malay 165 ping.. sydney1 15 ping and whatever server i pick it still shows on xenobot that my ping is 300~

If there is an organization which can you help to lower your ping it shouldnt be different what server you're choosing.
But I dont know how this "battle ping" works ;x
