is it possible to save support healing?

im not finding any options that allows me to save a support thing, like a healing pot for example. do i have to manually create a new one everytime i start the bot? or is there a function that allows me to save a few and just turn them on whenever i want to?

Just save whole settings (right click on gray area on Tibia -> settings -> save).
