Scripts/Settings aren't showing

Ever since I restarted my computer, the scripts and the settings are in the correct corrosponding folders within the XenoSuite. There isn't any other folder named Xenobot, except for the one within the program itself. That's where I've had my scripts/settings since I've started using it. Question is.....Since they're in the folder, why aren't they physically showing up within tibia? I can download a script on the 'get script' button and that one shows, just not the old ones I have.

Any help would be great dudes.
