List of Commands!

Hello community of xenobot, i was wondering where could I find all the list of commands of xenobot

for example: if I press [Pause] bottom, the script will stop

and if I write exiva "S (or something like that), I exiva the last player...

etc... does anyone know if there is a list of all of this?
