Need help with this lua file

Sorry about this (don't even know if this is the right place to post this). I'm not sure whats wrong with this lua file (attachment) but I keep getting this error;

If anyone could help it'd be great, sorry for any inconvenience.

As I know. One solution to that is to create new lua file, copy everything from this one And paste it to the new one. Save it and it ahould work... (hope so)

try block commenting the comments out.
Lua is temperamental like this in my experience.

Open it with notepad click save as, look next tot he save button and change encoding to UTF-8
