Xenobot charging my paypal every week.

Iv noticed I have 150+ days on my xenobot, and it keeps charging my paypal, whats going on? why do you feel its ok to rip me off? I would love some awnsers

My plan was for recurring payment, and wouldn't of minded that.
but it keeps charging me.
They have racked me up to 150 days now... its kind of bullshit.

They charged me $8 yestarday, and then did it again today. Something is wrong.

Maybe you have blught few times recurring? Just go into paypal account and to your payments. Somewhere there look for recurring payments. There you should cancell few of them :)

I have since canceled my Recurring payments, since it has been charging me more than double the times I need.
and would like to try making a refund without offending anyone. because I clearly dont need to have 200 days of active bot.

I don't actually control any of the subscription stuff, it is ALL done by PayPal. PayPal 100% absolutely provides ZERO way for me to charge money without your consent. What that means is you consented to multiple subscriptions, and PayPals system honored your consent. Rest assured that there is no intention to rip off our loyal customers, and PayPal wouldn't allow us to if we wanted to.

I understand that this was likely a misunderstanding on the part of PayPal, or even a bug, and you did not intend this. I've refunded the additional payments you made and have credited you 20 extra days on the bot for any trouble this caused you. Hopefully we've satisfied your issue :)

Thank you so much, Im not sure why I was being double chargesd but im glad you corrected it, and im super satisfied. Ill keep buying the bot, but only when needed to prevent further complications

Exact thing happened to me i already got 107 days of subscription...
