Purchased Xenobot but am still in trial period

Hi, I purchased xenobot today, but I still get the notice of 10 days remaining in the trial period, already tried unistall/reinstall but no luck. I received the confirmation email from paypal already as well. How do I fix this?

What I do is to just relog... but here (on a forum) you are still as well not shown as subscriber...

Is there any support for this bot? It seems they have deactivated the contact section. If I want a refund how would I go about that?
