Need help urgently!!!

I found a mana training script but its a .lua and i dunno how to open them, i cant see it on the bot anywhere and i honestly have no clue what to do!!!

Copy lua int xenobot/scripts
Right click on free space/on your character and chose scripter, there select your manatraining script and execute it
