We agreed for a certain price on Skype and after I receive account information, change email & generate rec key I will send him that amount from my verified PayPal account.

Mean:
"I scammed him he didint had made recover key on account so I made it and I wasnt one who was buying gold from you"



So lets sum it:
Fisiel get account from Slm not paid to him -> Fisiel made recover key -> Slm lost account, made chargeback on gold from me.

So yeah both of them are scammers now ...
