No one has ever had their days unlocked for that, and no one ever will. You'll simply have to wait it out.

Why is this? Well to begin with the feature is there to prevent you from sharing your subscription with your friends, and we have no way of telling whether you actually just tried to reformat your computer, or if you're lying. Even if you could prove that you did indeed only reformat your hdd, manually inspecting that proof would simply not be feasible considering that unlocking your account could only be done by the main developer and is an issue that only effects you and is your fault on top of that.
