Updating issues

I just paid for and downloaded Xenobot but for some reason, it's not updating. Keeps saying "Automatic update failed, to retry please restart" and it's still not updating. I've paid for it via paypal, It's a legit download. Please let me know how to solve this issue.

Alot of people seem to be able to already use the bot and that is has updated for them, is there something I can do to be able to update?

Does anyone even look at these threads? I just got this bot today being excited to use it but I can't. And I'm very disappointed that I can't get a reply, It's not a good first impression. Not 1 person that has posted something about not being able to update has been replied to.

I had these issues like everyone else but it's all working again for me. Dunno what to tell you besides the obvious stuff: (1) close and reopen the program, (2) try injecting anyways, (3) log out and log in, (4) completely reinstall xenobot.

Thanks for the tips but unfortunately I have tried all of these multiple times trying to get it working. I just made my account today and bought/downloaded the bot today also. Hopefully it will be working by tomorrow.
