The best way to transfer gold is to buy tibia coins and sell on the another world . It is 100% safe and best ratio for sure. But I am not sure if you will be able to do it with 200k only.

most likely not as price of the coins in pvp/npvp worlds are around 10-11k each so he would need atleast 250k for 25 coins (minimum amount)
