So today my xenobot logged me out and asked me to log back in and since they reset my password I can't get back in.
I checked my email like it said and junk folder there is no new e-mail.
I put in my username and paypal email address to have my new password sent to my paypal email address which is the same email address I use for my account anyways and get "User and email pair not found in transaction list! If you think this is a mistake, try again soon. The list is being updated."
I try to do password recovery and get "You have not entered an email address that we recognize. Please try again or contact the administrator."
I try to contact administrator and get "Sorry. The email function has been disabled by the administrator."

So I no longer have any options to getting my password back can anyone help me out?
Also my last payment decided on its own to change to reoccurring payment and double charged me 2 months...

I also got an issue!!

My main Xeno Account isn't accessable anymore so I used the PayPal workaround to get a new password for that account (It worked!) but I did not receive any password recovery mail! I tried to resend a new password for atleast 3 times, did wait 12 hours but I do not receive any mails!

I wrote a PM to darkstar but didn't get an answer yet.
Please get in contact with me, I got a payed subscribtion running..
