Failed to send reset e-mail

Hi Community,

I bought a new license, but i would like to get my old acc back because it is connected to a lot of scripts of mine that i cannot use with my new account now. But there is an error appearing when i try to restore my old account.

it says: PHP Warning: fsockopen(): unable to connect to tcp://mail.xenobot.net:(some number) (Connection refused)

whats the case?

can someone help or is my acc lost forever now? xD

Same problem, can't use Xeno at all. Haven't been back online since the data base breech and I deleted the email with the new password in it.

Ye, I mean i bought a new license now, so i can use xenobot, but most of my old scripts are useless now, because they are connected to my old account :( spent like 150 € for scripts -.-
