Looking To Buy Modest OR High Skill LOW Level RP

Looking to buy a Paladin that is less than level 50 with distance skills at least in the 80s or above preferably (willing to negotiate).

I don't really care what world the paladin is located on and not concerned about if the account has other characters that might raise the price.

Willing to pay well if the skills are good or if there is a character on the account that requires higher payment.

Willing to agree to a middleman and/or I am willing to pay first. Prefer to pay using PayPal (verified account) but I am open to other methods of payment if you'd prefer.

This is a great opportunity for someone with an account that has higher level characters that isn't selling but they happen to have a low level paladin on the account as well! I will buy the account but I mostly just want the paladin!
