if target less than X hp, stop attack or change target

Hi

I need script for training on monk. I cant set it up in targeting becouse Monk is treat like a player. I have 2 monks and i want change monk if one of him has less than x or % hp.

Im useing 2 trolls for shielding so he may not attach them.
