is it possible to get a script that answers a question that comes up on screen in format of lets say that question is 1+1 so it then says !answer 2
or an alarm for when such question appears on screen

You could check to see if your character has moved in the last 15 seconds or something, if not play an alarm.

Is the question a text message or a window or a box that pops up? If its just a text message then you can parse it with the generic text message proxy. I know Fatality solved a similar request in the past.
