Refund in subscription

I dont know why it is on auto pay, i cannot stop it, you can see i havent used tibia in like 5 months or so and you still charging me, there is no option to cancel it, i want a refund for all the months that i havent used it. Thanks.

You can cancel subscriptions on your paypal page.

Previous months will not be refunded. You purchase rights to use the software not if you are actually using it.
