When stuck open doors

Hey all ;))) I'm new here, and I wont hide that i'm a girl and it is hard for me to make script ;D
I need a script that If I'm stuck, It opens the doors. Like: walker stuck for 5 seconds, open doors (x,y,z)

PLEASE HELP ME
