Im counfused about paid subscription!!! Tell me how to cancel it?

I canceled paid subscription 2 months ago. Since then Xenobot is still taking my money!!! WTF? You can't cancel this paid supscription by your own just by accessing paypal and cancel sub! I made it 3 months ago and xenobot still is taking my money. Paypal contacts tell me that Xenobot must cancel it not me! So cancel my subs, and make some contact to cancel subs!!!!! Xenobot is not working since today and they took next money from my account today? WTF guys? Are you kidding me? One more unauthorised payment and I will cancel f***** paypal! Give me my money back assholes!

No I cant! I canceled it 4 times and all the time payment is taking from my account. I was speaking with paypal help and they told me you must delete this and I need to contact with you. Im doing this so cancel it and give back money you took today cause xeno is not working. Alsaw cancel all subs! This is like you were thief. Its not right!

I have the same problem. I tried contacting Xenobot by their email but the email wasnt delivered. I also cancel my subscription 3 months ago and they are still charging. In fact, they charged November TWICE!!
