It doesnt work at all

I load it up for first time and I have 10 days free.
I inject it and start up my tibia but when I rightclick myself just the normal pop-up menu comes up. I'm using tibia 10 and everything looks like it is working but it isnt.

try right clicking on the grey space between your game window and your equipment/backpacks/ ect.
