If player (name) (name) not on screen turn off targeting and on IF on sc, possible?

So I'm using 3 chars teamhunting on same spot but there are 4 floors so is it possible to make a script so if one char gets behind that it turns off targeting if those players is not on the screen and turns it back on when they are?
