Speed Set script changer, HotKey ( !speed)

I think about function to change equipment if i write command (or push HotKey) in MainChat.

For example, write : !speed (hotkey Shift+F12)

- Steel Boots => BOH
- Elite Helmet => Werewolf Helmet
- Golden Legs => Grasshopper Legs
- Depth Lorica => Prismatic Armor
- and wear Time Ring

Is there any command that recognizes what is written on main chat?
Is it possible?
