What latency reducer do you use, if any?

What latency reducer do you use, if any? Do you recommend it? Right now I struggle to hunt monsters other people my same level are hunting (im a sorc) because I can't run things well because I have so much lag. Can you be banned for using a latency reducer? My understanding is it just changes local network settings so the answer would be no.

Leatrix never helped my latency, I have to use a proxy tunnel (eg. LowerPing). However I don't want to pay $8~/month so I just use it for the free 30 minute intervals. It's annoying to have to relog every 30 minutes, but it's free so.. Haha.
