Sub not active?

I've only had my sub for about a week or 2, since tibia 11 came out.. and it's saying that my sub has expired? when i bought a month? I am not sure what the problem is?

I keep receiving messages saying my paid subscription to xenobot is about to run out and renew. and it renews. how do I stop it from renewing or what ever its doing??
