Ok, so start up a bot to do tutorial island for you (Or do it yourself, and at the end kill and loot as many rabbits as possible. Get enough gp for an Axe and a Studded shield. Once you've got this you should be able to kill Rats, Spiders, and a Wolf or Troll (But the last two are risky).

Now head to Premium side, and hit up the spider cave, get level 3 there (Should have enough hp). When you're below 30hp~ go to the bridge npc and say any letter to heal. Now keep doing that until level 6 then turn on your bot. Ofc you can set a conditional in Neo to go to bridge when low hp, but if you're using TUG just watch your PC.

It takes about 1h 30m max.

FACC? Do the same with the spider bridge and snakes / bugs underneath. Takes about the same time (Maybe 10 mins longer as you gotta walk further to get exp)

You will also need a shovel at the start, to get into caves.

I'm doing this atm and with 1.5x bonus, I've been going 56 minutes and have 1k exp until level 8. Taking about 3.5k/h at premium spiders.

if people cant get out of rook by themselves without a guide they should stop playing tibia. BTW pro way to leave rook in 4minutes. get lvl 45 sorc, sd 2 behes to red hp, rook your character, log back on as lvl 1, have your friend finish off the behes, go back to main.
