Custom Items on OT server

Looking for help with autohealing using potion. My server (middleearthOT) uses an item called Supreme Healing Potion, which is stronger than the ultimate health potion. However when I try to set the item to auto heal me it says: "You cannot use this item"

Anyone know of a way around this, or maybe have a script to do it?

Ok, so its not a custom item, haven't played RL tibia since before they came out. Still cant get it to work though. Any help would be much appreciated. :) thanks guys
