About Targetting / Shooter

Yo guys, sup? I got 2 questions:

Is there a way to set my targetting to attack the closest monster with the inbuilt targetting?
Is there a way to disable pvp safe feature with inbuilt magic shooter?

'Cause if I want to bot in OTS for example, i may not care about getting skull.

1. Set Proximity in targeting to 1 - it will attack only monsters 1sqm from you
2. I dont think you can change this :)
