250+ EK with decent skills

Hi, I'm looking for an EK 250+ preferably with a lower level sorcerer on the same account (not as important).

Decent skills on the EK is mandatory.

Server doesn't matter, but prefer Non-Pvp.

My preferable price: Not above $250
