I purchase Xenobot but I can't use it. Help

In trial xenobot works fine. After I purchase, logging in, xeno watch the client but when I try to inject it show this message and close.

I reinstal Tibia client, Xenobot by downloading from forum page but dosen't work.

Any sugesstion?
