Single payment 30 days - still trial version

Five days ago, I bought xenobot for 30 days. The payment is processed via PayPal but I still don't have the full version. When can I expect to have it?

i have bought 2 times today still dont get the bot.. says my subscription expired 1 hour ago. nad i cant email the xenobot team because admin turned of email function ...

I just retracted my first payment and tried it again today, but still no full version. Xenobot staff please help :D

I don't think we will receive any support in this case. We can't even contact anyone here becouse contact via forum is disabled and we have no other option to do so.

Same here, I've bought subscription via paypal and xenobot sayin that I've used trial version and I need to purchase. WTF
