Hey guys, I want to start a thread with really hard questions.
Feel free to add your own once the one before you has been answered.
RULES
DO NOT USE A CALCULATOR
DO NOT USE GOOGLE
OBEY THE ABOVE 2 SENTENCES
This may not be hard for some of you, but answer this:

Evidence please.
Anyhow.
How does the vector change by A*u if A=
|cos v -sin v|
|sin v cos v|
Also calculate A^2

What.The.Fuck.Are.You.Talking.About.
Uhh.. Yeah! Like that explain please! :D
u = (r cost, r sint)
where r = | U | and T is the angle u allows the x-axis. The product Au is thus
Au = (r (cosvcost-sinvsint), r (+ sinvcost cosvsint)) = (r cos (w + t), r sin (w + t)),
ie the vector u rotated v radians counterclockwise.

How about sqrt of -1 doesnt exist due to nothing can be multiplied with itself and being less than 0.
Or is it too unacademical answer? ;p

That's where imaginary numbers come into play. sqrt of -1 = i is something actually fairly basic math, depending on the math course you take.

It's common knowledge for like, grade 10+ math, how is that google? o.O
