Stop Attack at X HP.

Hello guys,
How can I stop attack a Monk when he gets < 30% of HP ? Ive tried that with targeting(30-100) but it don't stop.

That's strange because if I set a monster 30-100% it works for me

[Sun]

it should stop :/ try getting 2 monks and use the targeting 30-100
