Running Xenobot

I am kinda new to this and I don't really understand how to open the bot. I downloaded Xenobot and I have been going to the folder and trying to run it, but I get an error message that says "Couldn't load or find specified file:"data\common\career_missions.txt"

Anyone know what I am doing wrong?
