1. How do I make an "Action" waypoint, for example, one that u can write text in like "Say ('hi') wait 5000 npcsay('trade'), and so on?

XenoBot does not work this way, you need to create what we call 'labels'.

What you are referring to as an action may become available in the near future, so you can add one line of script within your waypoints.

Oki! But how does the Label work? It sounds so complicated. But for example, how do I make a checker script?

Oh, and I've downloaded 1 script from here with refiller. But the bot doesn't talk to NPCs. Is it the script that is bugged, or me that is doing something wrong?

You must download a .lua file and execute it in the "scripter". The lua is what decides when te bot says or trades with npcs.
