Restacking ammo while eq minimized?

Hi, I know that it works, but is it safe to use? You can't manually restack your ammounition when you've got your eq minimized and bot does so.
What are your thoughts?

Server can't detect if your windows are minimized or maximized. Open is open.

You can minimize your EQ and still equip ammo or weapon. Just need to move item over [Cap / Soul] box.
