Question about Stone Golems

To bot the stone golems in farmine do i need to be on that mission of the quest? or is there another spawn and im just an idiot?

Its SOUTH- east from dp.
To bot there fully afk with refiler you need to accept last mission(mortal combat) becouse accepting that mission allows you to use manashop in farmine.
